Booking & Pricing
The fastest way is Express Booking — pick your service, date, and time online and you're set. You can also request a custom quote first, or just text us at (415) 360-1964 and we'll handle everything from there.
All quotes are custom — price depends on your service level, vehicle size, and condition. As a rough guide: interior-only details start around $150, full interior + exterior details around $250+, and premium services like paint correction or ceramic coating start higher. Request a quote and we'll give you an exact number before you commit to anything.
Not required, but photos genuinely help — especially for pet hair, stains, odor, or paint contamination. The more we can see ahead of time, the more accurately we can quote and prepare. After requesting a quote, you can email photos to [email protected] and we'll factor them in.
Yes. A vehicle in average condition and one with severe pet hair, heavy staining, dried mud, or years of buildup take very different amounts of time and product. We price based on what it actually takes to do the job right — not a flat rate that under-delivers on bad cases. We'll always tell you the price before starting.
Yes — for vehicles with extreme pet hair, severe staining, odor, or heavy buildup, we may apply a condition surcharge. We'll tell you upfront before starting any work. If you mention your vehicle's condition in your quote request, we can factor it in from the start so there are no surprises.
We accept card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is collected after the job is complete. For larger premium services like ceramic coating, we may ask for a deposit to hold your date.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — just shoot us a text and we'll get you sorted for a new time. For premium services with a deposit, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
We do — and we love repeat customers. If you want to stay on a regular schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), reach out and we'll set something up. Regular customers get priority booking and streamlined scheduling. Text us at (415) 360-1964 to discuss.

Timing & What to Expect
Most standard interior details take 2 to 2.5 hours. This covers a full vacuum, surface wipe-down, glass cleaning, leather conditioning, and deodorizing. Larger vehicles (SUVs, minivans, trucks) or cars with heavy buildup may run closer to 3 hours. We'll give you a specific estimate when confirming your appointment.
A full detail — both interior and exterior — typically takes 4 to 5 hours for a standard vehicle in average condition. Larger vehicles like full-size SUVs, trucks, or vans can run 5 to 6+ hours. We'll always tell you the expected time window before we start.
One-step polish (enhancement/light correction) typically takes 4 to 6 hours depending on vehicle size. Two-step paint correction (heavy cut + refinement) takes 6 to 8 hours or more — sometimes an entire day for larger vehicles or severe paint defects. We work until it's right, not until the clock runs out.
Ceramic coating installs take 7 to 8+ hours — and for larger vehicles or when combined with paint correction beforehand, it can be a full two-day process. Day one: prep, decontamination, and correction. Day two: coating application and cure. The vehicle needs to be kept dry for 24 hours after application, so we'll coordinate timing with you carefully.
For standard interior or exterior details — yes, you can drive immediately. For ceramic coating, we ask you to keep the car dry and out of rain for at least 24 to 48 hours after application. For paint correction, we recommend waiting until any finishing products have fully cured (usually a few hours). We'll walk you through care instructions before we leave.
No — most of our customers hand us a key and go about their day. You just need a way for us to access the vehicle. We'll text when we arrive, keep you updated if anything comes up, and notify you when the job is done. Key logistics (lockbox, doorman, gate code) are easy to coordinate — just let us know when booking.
Services
Interior detail: Full vacuum, surface wipe-down of all plastics and trim, glass cleaning, leather conditioning, seat shampooing, and deodorizing.

Exterior detail: Pre-rinse, snow foam, hand wash, clay bar decontamination, tire and wheel cleaning, trim dressing, and streak-free glass.

Full detail: Both combined — the most thorough clean we offer.
Yes — pet hair removal is one of our most requested services. We use professional rubber tools and high-powered vacuums to pull embedded fur from carpet, seats, and hard-to-reach crevices that a regular vacuum can't touch. Mention pet hair when requesting a quote so we can plan extra time if needed.
Yes. For stains, we use hot water extraction and professional-grade fabric/leather stain removers. For odors — smoke, pet, food, or mildew — we use enzymatic odor treatments that break down the source rather than masking it. Severe odor cases (like water damage or prolonged smoke exposure) may need an ozone treatment, which we can discuss separately.
Yes — we regularly detail Porsches, Ferraris, BMWs, Teslas, Audis, Mercedes, and other high-value vehicles. We understand how to handle paint-sensitive surfaces, delicate leather interiors, and premium paint finishes. Exotic and collector vehicles are quoted under a custom consultation so we can discuss the exact scope and approach before booking.
Yes. We detail everything from compact cars to full-size SUVs, pickup trucks, minivans, and Sprinter vans. Large vehicles take more time and product, so we quote them separately from standard cars. Just let us know your vehicle type and size when requesting a quote.
Yes, engine bay cleaning is available as an add-on. We use a low-pressure water rinse (never a direct pressure wash) and engine-safe degreasers to remove oil residue, dust, and grime. A clean engine bay makes it easier to spot leaks and keeps everything running cooler. Mention it in your quote request and we'll add it on.

Paint Correction & Polishing
Paint correction is a machine polishing process that removes surface-level defects — swirl marks, light scratches, water spot etching, and oxidation — to restore the original clarity and depth of your paint. If your paint looks hazy, swirly in sunlight, or dull compared to when the car was new, you're a great candidate. It's also required before ceramic coating for the best bond and finish.
We offer both.

One-step polish (paint enhancement): A single pass with a light-to-medium compound that removes light swirls, water spots, and mild oxidation. Best for paint that's in decent shape but just needs a refresh. Results in a 50–70% defect reduction on average.

Two-step paint correction: A heavy cut pass to remove deeper defects, followed by a refining pass to perfect the finish. Best for paint with heavy swirling, scratches, buffer trails, or significant oxidation. Produces significantly higher clarity and gloss — close to factory-fresh or better.
Paint correction removes defects that are within the clear coat layer — swirl marks, light scratches, water spot etching, and oxidation. Scratches that go through the clear coat and into the base coat or primer (you can feel them with a fingernail) cannot be corrected by polishing — those require paint touch-up or respray. During your appointment we'll assess your paint and be upfront about what can and can't be corrected.
Paint correction results are permanent — the defects you remove are gone. However, new swirls and scratches can form over time from washing, driving, and environmental exposure. Protecting corrected paint with a ceramic coating or high-quality wax dramatically extends how long it stays looking perfect. Without protection, most paint will accumulate new defects within 6–12 months depending on your care routine.
Yes — we've corrected plenty of Teslas. Tesla paint is notably soft and prone to swirling, especially on white and dark colors, and requires a more careful approach than harder European paints. We use slower machine speeds, appropriate pad selection, and lighter compounds to avoid burning through the thin clear coat. We'll test a small area first to dial in the right process for your specific car.
Ceramic Coating
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer (typically SiO2 or TiO2-based) that chemically bonds to your car's clear coat and creates a hard, semi-permanent protective layer. Once cured, it forms a hydrophobic surface that repels water, dirt, UV rays, bird droppings, tree sap, and light chemical contaminants. Unlike wax or sealant that sit on top of paint and wash away over months, ceramic coating bonds at the molecular level and lasts years.
We offer several tiers based on your goals and budget:

Entry ceramic: A single professional-grade SiO2 coating layer — great for paint protection and water beading. Ideal for daily drivers wanting protection without the premium price.

Multi-layer ceramic: Two or more coating layers for added depth, hardness, and longevity. Better gloss and longer protection window than a single layer.

Graphene ceramic: Graphene-infused formulas for superior hydrophobics, temperature resistance, and anti-static properties. Best for high-value vehicles or those wanting maximum long-term protection.

We'll recommend the right tier based on your vehicle, budget, and how long you plan to keep it. All packages include full paint decontamination and a panel wipe before application.
Depending on the product and how the car is maintained, ceramic coatings typically last 2 to 5+ years. Entry-level single-layer coatings usually last 2 to 3 years with proper care. Multi-layer and graphene packages can last 4 to 6+ years. Longevity depends heavily on your washing habits — avoiding automatic car washes and using pH-neutral soap are the two biggest factors.
Not always required, but highly recommended for cars with visible defects. Ceramic coating locks in the condition of your paint — so any swirl marks, scratches, or water spots present at the time of application will be sealed in permanently. If your paint looks good in direct sunlight, a light enhancement polish is enough. If you have heavy swirling or oxidation, a more thorough correction before coating will deliver a dramatically better final result.
Yes — glass coating and wheel coating are popular add-ons to a paint ceramic package. Glass ceramic makes water bead and sheet off your windshield dramatically, improving visibility in rain. Wheel ceramic makes brake dust, grime, and road salt much easier to rinse off during routine washing. We use specific formulas designed for each surface rather than applying paint coating everywhere.
Ceramic-coated cars are easier to maintain, but a few habits extend the coating's life significantly:

Avoid automatic car washes — the brushes create swirl marks and the harsh chemicals degrade the coating.
Use pH-neutral soap when hand washing.
Don't let bird droppings or tree sap sit — they're acidic and can etch through the coating over time.
Top up annually with a ceramic spray booster to refresh hydrophobics.

We'll walk you through a full care guide after the coating is applied.
Locations & Logistics
We cover all of San Francisco — including Marina, Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, North Beach, Nob Hill, SOMA, Mission, Castro, Noe Valley, Glen Park, Outer Sunset, Inner Sunset, Outer Richmond, Inner Richmond, Presidio Heights, Twin Peaks, Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, and more. If you're in the city, we come to you. Check our interactive service area map to confirm coverage.
Yes — we serve Marin County including Sausalito, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Belvedere, Corte Madera, San Rafael, Novato, and surrounding areas. Marin clients are welcome to request a quote and we'll confirm availability and travel logistics. A small travel fee may apply for far reaches of the county.
Yes, with some limitations. For the Peninsula, we cover areas through San Mateo and Daly City regularly. East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Emeryville) is available for larger jobs like paint correction and ceramic coating. Submit a quote with your city and zip code and we'll confirm if we cover your area — if not, we'll let you know right away.
Yes — anywhere your car is parked. We work in street parking spaces, residential garages, apartment building lots, office parking structures, and driveways. We're very familiar with San Francisco parking realities. Just include the address or neighborhood when booking and we'll coordinate the logistics from there.
We're fully self-contained for most services. We bring our own water, soap, equipment, and everything else needed. For longer jobs like ceramic coating or paint correction that run all day, access to a power outlet is helpful but not always required — we'll confirm this when booking premium services. You don't need a hose or hookup for a standard detail.
Light rain typically doesn't affect interior-only work. For exterior services, paint correction, or ceramic coating — rain is a problem and we'll proactively reach out to reschedule. We monitor forecasts closely and will never just show up in bad conditions. Rescheduling due to rain carries no penalty on your end — we'll find the next available slot that works for you.
Standard details can often be booked within a few days. Peak times (weekends, end-of-month) fill up faster, so the sooner you reach out the better. For premium services like paint correction or ceramic coating, we typically need a week or more of lead time for proper scheduling. Text us and we'll let you know our next available slot right away.
