Our Process

How Iron Decontamination Works

Iron decontamination is a chemical process, not mechanical. The remover does the work — finding and dissolving iron particles the eye cannot see.

STEP 01

Pre-Wash

We rinse and foam-wash the vehicle to remove loose surface debris before applying the iron remover to a clean panel.

STEP 02

Iron Remover Applied

We spray a pH-balanced iron fallout remover across all painted panels. It dwells on the surface and begins reacting with embedded iron immediately.

STEP 03

Color Change — Reaction Visible

Within minutes, the product turns purple or red at each contamination site. This is the iron being chemically transformed from a solid particle into a water-soluble compound.

STEP 04

Thorough Rinse

We rinse the entire vehicle completely before the product dries. The dissolved iron washes away safely with the rinse water.

STEP 05

Inspect & Repeat if Needed

Heavily contaminated vehicles may get a second pass. We inspect the result and confirm contamination has been fully addressed before completing the service.
