Exotic Car Detailing in San Francisco | SF City Wash

Exotic & performance cars · San Francisco

Exotic car detailing, done carefully.

High-value paint, big brakes throwing hot dust onto expensive wheels, carbon, trim that costs more than a used car to replace. We slow down for all of it, and we do it at your garage or driveway with our own water and power.

How we treat a car like this

We look first, then we touch it.

No franchise checklist and no claims of factory certification. What you get is two people who notice the condition of your paint before a mitt goes near it, and who will tell you when something is not worth doing.

  1. Paint read before washing

Chips, existing swirls, film edges, previous repairs. We point them out before we start, so nobody wonders afterwards.

  2. Touchless where it counts

Pre-foam and rinse before contact, separate mitts and towels for paint and wheels, and nothing abrasive near carbon or satin trim.

  3. Our water, our power

No borrowed hose with unknown pressure, no extension cord across your garage. We bring a self-contained setup.

  4. Film and wraps respected

PPF and wraps get cleaned and protected, never machine-polished. That is a rule, not a judgement call.

Polished, then coated.

A full detail, one machine polishing pass on black paint, and Gtechniq EXO v5 over the top, including the carbon roof. Black shows everything; that is why this car is on this page.

Wheels and brakes

Brake dust is the real enemy.

Performance brakes shed hot, iron-heavy dust that bakes onto wheel faces and into the barrels. Left for months it pits the finish. An iron decontamination on the wheels dissolves it chemically instead of scrubbing it off, which is what you want on a finish that scratches.

Iron decontamination is $75–$125 by size, added to any exterior or full detail.

Porsche 718 Cayman S · Ingleside

A full detail on a car that lives outside.

Street-parked in the fog belt, so the paint had a dry dust film over every panel and the wheels were carrying baked brake dust. Foam pre-wash, contact wash, wheels and tyres, then the whole cabin: mats out, carpets and leather cleaned, dash, vents and screen dusted down. Inside and out in one visit.

Three Porsches, September 2026

A Spyder RS, a Macan GTS, and a Cayman S.

Three different Porsches inside a few weeks, and three different jobs. The 718 Spyder RS in the Richmond and the Macan GTS in the Marina were exterior only — a wash, wheels and tyres, glass, no cabin work. The Cayman S in Ingleside was the full detail.

None of the three had paint correction or a coating, and we are not going to imply otherwise. If that is what you want, we quote it after we have read the paint.

Real jobs, not stock photos.

Every car on this page is one we detailed. We would rather show you a short honest list than a gallery of cars we have never touched.

Exotic car questions

Straight answers.

Every question we get

Are you exotic car specialists?

We are a mobile detailing company that also looks after high-value cars, and we’d rather say that plainly. Every car shown here is a job we did. We are not factory-certified by any manufacturer and not a Gtechniq accredited installer.

Do you work on PPF, wraps and matte finishes?

Film and wraps: yes for cleaning and protection, never machine polishing. If your car has a matte or satin finish, tell us in the booking note so we bring the right products, or ask before booking.

Can you work inside my garage?

Yes, if there is room to walk around the car. We bring our own water and power; tell us about ceiling height or access in the note.

Is there a warranty on coatings?

No. Durability is manufacturer-rated per product, and salt air and fog shorten it. Wash method matters most.

Do you offer regular maintenance?

Informally, yes. Regular customers hold standing slots. There’s no published plan or discount; talk to us.
