The job

Cat urine inthe back seat.

The owner told us their cat had peed on the rear bench. A vacuum and a wipe-down only clean the surface, and urine does not stay on the surface.

So the rear bench got steam first, worked in with a microfiber towel to loosen what had dried into the seams. Then we ran an extractor over it to pull the solution, and what it lifted, back out of the seat. Both steps are photographed in the mid-job section below.

The rest of the car got a Full Detail. We vacuumed and wiped down the cabin, lifted the stains off the front passenger seat, dusted the screen and dash, cleaned the wheels, dressed the tyres and washed the exterior.
