Online prices are accurate estimates for standard vehicles in typical condition. The final price may adjust for:

• Oversized vehicles that fall outside the standard size bracket
• Severely soiled, biohazard, or extreme-condition vehicles
• Custom work or services not listed in the booking widget

We'll always confirm any adjustments with you before starting work.

A standard vacuum removes loose debris from the surface. Seat Extraction goes deeper. It uses a hot water extraction machine to push cleaning solution into fabric seats and then extract it back out along with embedded dirt, body oils, spills, and residue. It's significantly more thorough than vacuuming alone.

Pricing is $25 per seat. You select how many seats you want done. The max charge is $125 for sedan/midsize and $175 for large vehicles, so if you're doing all seats in a large SUV it hits the cap.

Carpet areas refer to the carpeted floor sections of your vehicle (e.g., front driver, front passenger, rear). Floor mats are the removable mats that sit on top.

When you select carpet extraction, floor mats are included with their matching carpet areas at no extra charge. If you need extra floor mats cleaned beyond the carpet areas selected, those are $10 each.

Pricing is $25 per carpet area, with a cap of $125 (sedan/midsize) or $175 (large vehicle).

Iron contamination comes from brake dust and road debris embedding tiny metallic particles into your paint over time. It makes paint look dull and can cause long-term damage if left untreated.

Iron Decontamination uses a chemical spray that reacts with and dissolves these iron particles. You can often see the product turn purple/red as it works.

It's recommended if your paint has a rough texture when you run your fingers over it, if it's been a long time since the last decontamination, or if you're prepping the car for clay bar, wax, or sealant.

When you book both Iron Decontamination and Clay Bar Treatment together, the second add-on you select gets an automatic discount. No promo code needed.

You save $25 on sedan and midsize vehicles, and $50 on large vehicles. The discount applies to whichever of the two add-ons you select second, and shows in real time on the add-ons screen while you're building your booking.

No. Paint correction and ceramic coatings require an in-person assessment before we can give an accurate quote. These services vary significantly based on paint condition, paint type, severity of defects, and the level of correction needed.

The booking widget will verify your ZIP code automatically. If your ZIP is outside our express zone, you'll be prompted to request a custom quote instead.

We're fully mobile. We come to your vehicle wherever it's parked: your home, apartment garage, office parking lot, or anywhere your car is accessible.

You don't need to be present for the entire service. Just make sure we have safe, legal access to the vehicle and a basic water source is available if needed for certain services. If you have any special parking or access notes, include them in the "Note to Provider" field at checkout.

Yes — up to three. Choose two or three vehicles on the first step and you get 5% off the combined total. It is one address, one contact and one appointment, and the cars are done back to back with no turnaround between them. Each vehicle picks its own service, vehicle size and add-ons, so they don’t have to match.

It comes off the combined subtotal — every vehicle’s base service price plus that vehicle’s own add-ons, added together — and it is 5% whether you book two cars or three. No travel fee or tax is added on top. Two sedans with a Full Package each is $279 + $279 = $558, less 5%, so $530.10. If you drop back to a single vehicle, the extra vehicles and the discount both go.

Two things. A three-vehicle appointment can’t start later than 12:30, and start times from 11:00 onward are marked and confirmed by text before they’re locked in. Separately, if three or more of the cars are booked for Exterior or a Full Package, you’ll be asked whether there’s an outdoor water source at the address — that question doesn’t change the price. You’ll also see fewer available start times than for a single car, because every vehicle’s time has to fit into one block.

Once you confirm your booking:

• You'll receive a confirmation to your email with your appointment details, service summary, and estimated total
• We'll review your booking and send a follow-up if we have any questions
• On the day of your appointment, we'll arrive at your vehicle and get to work
• Final pricing is confirmed at time of service based on actual vehicle condition

Severely soiled vehicles, biohazard situations (vomit, blood, heavy mold), and extreme conditions may require additional time and cost beyond the standard online pricing.

You can still book online and add a note describing the condition, or request a custom quote for a more accurate estimate before scheduling.
