What Lives Deep in Your Fabric Seats
Fabric seats are porous. Anything spilled on one works its way into the weave and stays there, out of sight but not gone.
Embedded Spills
Coffee, juice, soda, and food soaks through fabric instantly. The mark on top may fade, but the sugar and residue underneath keeps producing a smell long after the spill itself is forgotten.
Sweat & Body Oils
Every commute deposits skin oils and sweat into the seat fabric. Over months and years, this creates a deep-set yellowing and sourness that no surface wipe will remove.

Pet urine and accidents penetrate to the foam beneath the fabric. A surface spray never gets down to the foam, which is why the smell comes back a few days later. Extraction reaches it.

Spraying a fabric cleaner and wiping cleans the very top of the weave. Everything below stays exactly where it was.

How Seat Extraction Works
Hot-water extraction forces heated solution deep into fabric fibers, breaks up embedded soiling, and vacuums everything back out.
Pre-Vacuum
We vacuum the seats thoroughly to remove loose debris before the wet extraction begins. Loose debris turns to mud once it gets wet, so it comes out first.
Pre-Treat Stains
Visible stains receive a targeted pre-treatment with a fabric-safe stain remover. We allow appropriate dwell time before extraction begins.
Hot-Water Extraction
Heated water and cleaning solution are injected into the fabric and immediately vacuumed back out with strong suction. Multiple passes per seat ensure thorough cleaning.
Inspect & Repeat
We inspect each seat under light and repeat the extraction on any remaining stained areas. Heavy staining or pet accidents may receive a targeted enzyme treatment.
